will provide the following to investors:
dsOne-station services: Foreign Investment Promotion Bureau of the district is specifically responsible for district-level examination and approval of registration and establishment of foreign investment projects, handling related certificates and providing investment project information. For the project with an investment to fixed assets of 10 million Yuan or less, upon put on file at Foreign Investment Promotion Bureau of the district, the project land provider shall assign special personnel to assist in handling all the examination and approval matters. For the project with an investment to fixed assets of 10 million Yuan or more, or project of¡°4-high¡±(high grade, high-tech, high revenue and high added value), Foreign Investment Promotion Bureau of the district shall be comprehensively responsible for coordination in negotiation, upon realization of intent, notice Administrative Examination and Approval Service Center of the district in written form and complete all the examination and approval formalities within a limited period of time.
dsServices of individuation: Administrative Examination and Approval Service Center of the district sets up¡°green passage¡± for administrative examination and approval, implements ¡°one-station¡± service and entire process deputizing service, actually realizing¡°acquainted with everything through one approach, competing everything through 3 approaches¡±. According to the principles of ¡°handling upon receiving, quick handling for urgent matters, handling in a special way for special matters, providing assistance in handling difficult matters¡±, this center shall gather leaders of relevant functional departments to implement on-site joint examination and approval for key projects, and promise to complete all necessary formalities within a limited period of time in case that on-site handling is not available.
dsServices of humanization: Upon materialization of the project, Optimization Bureau of the district and land provider shall be comprehensively responsible for coordination of related matters of project construction, implement zero distance and omni-bearing services, strictly forbid ¡°4-chaos¡±, stop phenomena disturbing enterprises such as forcible loading and unloading, forcible buying and selling, or canvassing projects. We shall let merchants making investment in this district feel a home from home with the first-class service attitude, circumspect service details and new-type service modes, realize double win in economic profit and social profit. |
